Local delivery is available within 25 miles.
Shop all products and receive them right at your doorstep. Place an order online, set out your BYOC empty containers, receive your refills, and reduce waste!
Deliveries are every two weeks on Wednesdays. Subscription settings are also now available; set your schedule and receive your refills automatically.

It's my first order; what can I expect?
After we receive your online order, an automatic confirmation is sent. Then, you will receive a message with your delivery date.
We will leave your order on your doorstep, using any order notes you've provided. During extreme temperatures, please leave an insulated container to place your products in (an insulated tote bag is great).
Your order will be packed and labeled, any refills will be packed in a BYOC Co glass or aluminum container.
When you're ready to use your products, use directly from the container, or fill into your home containers.
Once empty, clean and dry the container. Leave out for the next BYOC delivery and we will reuse for future orders. Just like the milkman used to do!

Are refill products available for local delivery?
YES! All refill products will show (local delivery) in the title. Your refill will be in a BYOC Co container to be returned. Think of it as a deposit system, continually reducing waste.
We will refill glass and aluminum BYOC containers. During your delivery day, leave your empty containers on your porch for pick up.

What containers will be used?
We use glass and aluminum BYOC containers to fulfill your order. On your delivery day, set out your clean and empty BYOC containers. We will reuse those for future delivery orders.
*We will not accept community containers through local delivery.* The containers for reuse must be the BYOC delivery containers.
How do I order?
Shop products online and add to your cart.
For refill products, you will notice selected amounts are predetermined. Select the choice that best fits your needs.
You can choose one time or subscribe to every other week or monthly deliveries.
After you checkout, you will receive a message with your delivery date!
My subscription is coming up, can I add products?
Yes! Add any products to your cart for "one time" and checkout with local delivery.
Do I have to have a subscription?
Nope. Delivery days are based on orders within certain areas. Subscriptions will help keep the delivery process streamlined, but aren't necessary.
Subscriptions are great for:
- refilling on products you know and love
- busy people
- sedentary or homebound people
- green-minded people

Us! For now, we will be self-operating :)
Can I leave you my containers for the Free Container Shelf?
No thank you!
The only containers we will be collecting are part of the refill eco-system we are establishing :)
To donate containers to the shelf, please bring them to BYOC directly.
