As I've gotten my feet on the ground more and more since purchasing BYOC Co in April, I've been spending a lot of time thinking about the future. To be transparent, sales are not the same this year, which is to be expected from so many changes! However, I am always ready with open ears to feedback and ideas, especially as I juggle between the two storefronts and pop-up station. I've been working with Michigan Innovative Marketing from UM to develop strategies in keeping aligned with customer trends throughout this year's circus act and thinking about the future (especially of Plymouth).
